You will need a Club Starter Kit and an Advisor (faculty/staff from LSSC). The kit contains forms that you will need to complete:
Request to Charter/Recharter
Charter Member Petition
Advisor Agreement
Completed forms are turned into the Student Life office on your campus. Requests will be reviewed by the Campus SGA and the Student Life office. Once approved by these entities, the club will receive a charter and then they will need to write a constitution to file with the Student Life office.
