No information can be released without a FERPA (Family Education Rights & Privacy Act) waiver on file, even if the student is under 18. Only the student can request and submit a FERPA waiver for the adult(s) they wish to grant access to their student account and records. The FERPA waiver can be withdrawn or edited at any time by the student.
