Once you submit an exposure notification form, one of LSSC’s contact tracers will contact you to get relevant information. Based on the information, you will be notified if you are required to quarantine. If you were on campus, you will be asked to identify individuals whom you may have exposed.

If an employee must quarantine or stay at home due to a positive COVID-19 test, COVID-19 symptoms, or a COVID-19 exposure, the employee should work with their supervisor to determine the feasibility of remote work during the quarantine period. If remote work is not possible, the employee must use leave time.

If the employee is cleared to return to campus but needs to extend the quarantine, they should work with HR (Beisy Hernandez) and their supervisor to review available options.
